News and Reminders

Next week will be super busy as we wrap up as much as we can before the Thanksgiving break.

• We will finalize details for the field trip. It's important we have everything together before the break.
• Monday and Tuesday, Mrs. Ford will be out. She is going with her son on the 7th Grade trip to Washington, D.C.
• Tests and quiz for next week:
• Wednesday, November 14, SOCIAL STUDIES QUIZ ~ West and Middle West states
• Thursday, November 15, MATH TEST~ Chapter 6
• Friday, November 16, SPELLING TEST~ Unit 2, Wordly Wise, Lessons 5-8 words
• Thursday, students may bring a $1 and wear Spirit Dress. All money collected goes to the Red Cross to be used for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. This is sponsored by the Junior and Senior Beta Clubs.
• We will finish The Magician's Nephew by Friday. Each student should reread chapters 10-12 by Tuesday. We will read chapters 13-15 in class on Wednesday and Thursday.
• We will be making ornaments to put on the children's tree at the Museum of Arts and Sciences.
• Signed papers will go home on Thursday instead of Friday. Please sign and return them on Friday.
