School Year 2013-2014, Here We Come!

• It has been a tremendously fun and busy first week at school. We hope your children have been full of things to tell you each afternoon when they are picked up. Thank you for the prompt return of all paperwork, and for consistently being on time for carpool. We appreciate it very much! 
• Several parents have mentioned that they are having difficulty finding clear contact paper. It has been available at Walmart, Target, and Staples. You may also want to contact Tiffany Herndon to see if she has some in the Spirit Shop. 
• We look forward to continuing this trend next week. The children's homework amount will increase as the year progresses to accommodate all of their learning experiences!
•  Our first Wordly Wise quiz will be on Tuesday. This will be a vocabulary quiz only. Please try again to signup for blog updates. If you are unable to subscribe, please let your child's homeroom teacher know.
